The Coalition For Healthier Eating’s goal is to educate consumers on the benefits of eating and

drinking organic foods and juices. We strive to connect local organic growers with consumers so

that they can learn to understand each other in ways that will promote the consumption of

organic products, which will serve to reduce cost to farmers who can then pass that reduction on

to consumers by reducing the cost of their products. Most importantly, this successful union

will provide consumers with food and drink items that will work to lengthen their lives and

enhance their quality of life.

We will assist consumers with understanding and defining food labels and will serve as a

depository for information on Genetically Modified Organisms (GMO/GE) produced foods and

drinks, and State and Federal legislative action taken regarding all aspects of our food supply

chain. The Coalition For Healthier Eating will further assist consumers in analyzing written

scientific documentation on the effects of consumption by humans of GMO/GE, antibiotic

injected and growth hormones produced foods and drinks.

Additionally, the Coalition For Healthier Eating will provide assistance to consumers desiring to

fully understand the impact of their decision to consume conventionally produced foods and

drinks by providing them with documented sources of research results that support the

consumption of organic foods and drinks verses conventionally produced food and drinks.

The Coalition For Healthier Eating will organize and conduct public discussion groups, forums,

healthier eating days, panels and lectures on the benefits of consuming organic foods and drinks.
