To educate consumers on access to all sustainably produced foods that can assist in improving their health.

Goals:

The Coalition For Healthier Eating’s goals are to:

(1) educate consumers on the benefits of eating and drinking sustainably produced foods and juices

(2) connect local sustainable growers with consumers

(3) help reduce production and marketing cost for farmers

(4) reduce retail cost for consumers 

(5) provide consumers with food and drink items that will work to lengthen their lives and enhance their quality of life

(6) using sustainably produced foods, teach consumers how to correct, prevent and eliminate food related chronic diseases

(7) provide nutritional education on sustainably produced food items that are consumed

(8) organize and conduct public discussion groups, forums, healthier eating events, panels and lectures on the benefits of consuming sustainably produced foods and drinks
