To educate consumers on access to all sustainably produced foods that will assist them in improving their health.

About Us

The Coalition for Healthier Eating is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization founded in May 2014 and have been promoting healthier eating, the reduction of food related critical illnesses and the concept of  “Know Your Farmer – Know Your Food” since that time. We are located in Bethel, NC. Our goal is to educate consumers on the benefits of eating and drinking sustainably produced foods and juices. We strive to connect local farmers with consumers enabling them to learn from each other and promote the consumption of sustainable food products. The result of this collaboration is that both the farmer and consumer become winners.
